Founder and Executive Director - Juanita Suber, LSW
Ms. Suber serves as a member of the Board of Directors overseeing marketing and outreach. She is the Co-Founder and President of Golden Generations, Inc., with over 30 years’ experience in child welfare and mental health. Harnessing the support of community, she has built the organization since incorporating in Florida in 2003. Ms. Suber holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Master’s in Social Work, and is a registered Licensed Clinical Social Work Intern in the State of Florida .

Dr. Gayle Ingraham - Board Chair
Dr. Ingraham serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors. She is the Program Manager for Kinship Care Pinellas, Dr. Ingraham brings years of experience developing, managing, and implementing programs. She has been instrumental in developing policies and procedures for faith based and non-profit organizations. Dr. Ingraham is new to GGI’s Board beginning service in October 2018.

Greg Lauren - Board Member
Mr. Lauren serves as a member of the Board of Directors overseeing resource development and fundraising. He is a retired military officer with significant experience in personnel, project, and financial management. He has prepared background papers and briefings for Congressional testimony by senior military leadership. He is a Volunteer Child Advocate for the Guardian ad Litem program in Florida. Mr. Lauren served as a volunteer prior to becoming a member of the Board of Directors in 2018.

Keith Watts - Treasurer
Mr. Watts serves as Board Treasurer. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and worked as an accountant for many years in the U.S. and abroad. Mr. Watts owned and operated a thriving restaurant business in St. Petersburg for many years until his retirement. He now works part time with the WalMart organization.
